Article 1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms have the following meanings:

• Contractor; the private company Tenergy Portfolio Services B.V., also trading under the name Tenergy Services, established and with office in Drogeham and / or a natural affiliated with it person or legal person who enters into an agreement with or an assignment assumes from client.
• Client; a natural or legal person who uses of the offers, deliveries, work, software and services of contractor.
• Equipment; by order and on behalf of the client contractor required equipment for the purchased service (s) consisting of (if applicable) a data logger, pulse doubler, galvanic isolation, data converter and housing of previously mentioned elements
